Pancakes
- 250ml milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup of plain flour
- Pinch of salt
- Put flour, milk,egg and salt into a bowl
- Beat until smooth
- Allow to ferst for 10 minutes
- Melt butter in a heavy frying pan
- Spoon batter into the pan and tilt to cover the surface
- When the top is dry, flip over
- Serve with lemon and sugar
